Whats the fuss with Souncloud

What’s the fuss with Soundcloud?

If you’ve wondered about what SoundCloud is and whether or not you should be using it to effectively market your audio, I am hoping to bring some clarity to you in this blog.

SoundCloud is a Swedish online audio distribution platform based in Berlin, Germany, that enables its users to upload, record, promote and share their originally-created sounds.

It is beautifully integrated into the social media world, shareability is available on your favourite social networks. I love catching SoundCloud tweets and hearing them from my timeline in just one click.

Another plus is that it can be accessed almosted anywhere using its official iPhone and Android apps, as well as hundreds of creation and sharing apps built on the SoundCloud platform.

I absolutely love SoundCloud to find the most unique and freshest sounds in music out there. If you haven’t tried it, give it a go, chances are you’ll love it.

Lets take a look at musicians, a specific group called Metoo based in Cape Town, and although I don’t want to be biased, one of the members is my first cousin, Alex Coetzee – and a brilliant musician at that.

Take a look at the below example of his music talent that he is able to share and demonstrate on SoundCloud:

Here is an alternate example whereby you can upload podcasts onto SoundCloud, this is one from my channel:

One of my favourites I stumbled across remixed by Vintage Culture and their version of Phil Collins – In the Air Tonight.
